EFFECTIVE THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 24, 2026
Beginning Thursday, September 24, 2026, all Phoenix Teknologies workforce transportation will use the updated distance-based fare schedule shown below. Previous fare rates will no longer be offered or honored for transportation taking place on or after this effective date. This change applies to all riders, including current riders.
Your applicable one-way fare will be displayed before payment. Round-trip transportation remains available and consists of two separately calculated one-way ride legs.

Transparent Pricing
Phoenix Teknologies uses transparent distance-based pricing rather than demand-based surge pricing.

Step 1: Submit your ride request.
Step 2: Watch your email and click "Pay" on the Stripe invoice sent by Phoenix Teknologies.
Step 3: After Phoenix administration verifies your payment, you will receive a text confirming your ride.
IMPORTANT: Unless you receive a confirmation text directly from Phoenix Teknologies administration, your ride is NOT confirmed.

Phoenix Teknologies Administrative Business Hours: 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, Monday–Friday.
Transportation operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including nights, weekends, and holidays. However, transportation manifests and ride requests are processed during administrative business hours.
Ride requests submitted after 5:00 PM will be reviewed for manifest placement on the next business day. Please schedule transportation in advance to avoid delays.
Sponsored Riders
If your sponsoring agency pays only a portion of your transportation cost, your required rider portion must be paid before your ride can be financially cleared and scheduled for transportation.
Submitting a ride request does not guarantee that transportation has been confirmed.
