We apologize for the slight increase in our one-way and two-way fares. Due to a higher volume of employees needing transportation from longer distances, along with rising fuel, vehicle, insurance, and operating costs, Phoenix Teknologies has had to adjust its fares in order to continue providing this valuable workforce transportation service reliably.
We remain committed to transparent pricing with no surge pricing, no booking fees, and no fuel surcharges. Thank you for your understanding and continued support.
Important Transportation Scheduling Information
Phoenix Teknologies Administrative Business Hours: 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, Monday–Friday.
Transportation operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including nights, weekends, and holidays. However, transportation manifests and ride requests are processed during administrative business hours.
Ride requests submitted after 5:00 PM will be reviewed for manifest placement on the next business day. Please schedule transportation in advance to avoid delays.
Sponsored Riders
If your sponsoring agency pays only a portion of your transportation cost, your required rider portion must be paid before your ride can be financially cleared and scheduled for transportation.
Submitting a ride request does not guarantee that transportation has been confirmed.

PRICING UPDATE
To continue providing reliable workforce transportation while responding to rising transportation and operating costs, Phoenix Teknologies has implemented distance-based pricing for new transportation bookings. Previously confirmed and paid transportation will continue to be honored at the price established when the transportation was originally booked. Your applicable fare will be displayed before payment.
One-Way Distance-Based Pricing
Round-Trip Transportation
Round-trip transportation remains available. A round trip consists of two separately calculated one-way ride legs. The outbound and return trip are priced according to their applicable one-way mileage.
Transparent Pricing
Phoenix Teknologies uses transparent distance-based pricing rather than demand-based surge pricing.
