Safety & Compliance
Even as independent business owners, all drivers must follow state regulations and Phoenix Teknologies policies:
- Background Checks: Criminal history and sex offender registry screenings, with continuous monitoring.
- Driving Record Monitoring: License suspensions, DUIs, or reckless driving may result in suspension or termination.
- Insurance: Maintain personal auto liability insurance at or above state minimums.
- Vehicle Requirements: Reliable, state-compliant, and safe for all passengers.
- Professional Conduct: Respectful, family-friendly service at all times.
